摘要: Occurrence of renal pelvic refluxes during rising urine flow rate in rats and hamsters. Retrograde movements into the space (pelvic refluxes) were studied anesthetized Munich Wistar The was made green by a continuous i.v. infusion lissamine saline, experimental kidney either placed on shallow trough or left situ. pelvis exposed illuminated with fiber optic light, observed through transparent but intact wall. Urine collected from both kidneys rats. In hamsters, inner medulla analyzed for solutes at end experiment. procedures did not interfere normal function kidney, results same During constant flow, full occur. moved straight down ureter after it exited ducts Bellini briefly bathed papillary tip. rats, started approximately 0.8min bolus injection (0.5ml isosmotic i.v.), time corresponding to steep rise (2 µl·min -2 ·100g body wt -1 ). Following increased rate, associated an increase 0.05 . Full also seen hamsters following rate. Increasing intrapelvic pressure 1cm H 2 O caused refluxes. When occurred, came contact all areas pelvis. Because occur only this mechanism would bring decreasing osmolality outer medullary facing space.
