摘要: For ethical and practical considerations, the study of human disease processes has relied heavily on use experimental models in laboratory animals. Inflammation is no exception. By their very nature, actual relevance such to clinical situation, consequently likely predictive value, open question. With this point mind, chapter, we will consider a variety inflammation which contribution eicosanoids been investigated. We have chosen, as examples, animal asthma, other pulmonary diseases rheumatoid arthritis.
