摘要: Rapid developments in organic chemistry and polymer promote the synthesis of polymer-protein hybrids with different structures biofunctionalities. In this feature article, recent progress achieved conjugates, protein-nanoparticle core-shell structures, nanogels/hydrogels is briefly reviewed. The conjugates can be synthesized by "grafting-to" or "grafting-from" approach. coupling reactions polymerization methods used bioconjugates are Protein molecules immobilized on surfaces nanoparticles covalent noncovalent linkages. specific interactions chemical employed discussed. Finally, a general introduction to environmentally responsive cross-linking molecular recognition provided.
