摘要: Abstract Objective Gastric cancer (GC) is a malignant tumor originated from gastric mucosa. Without effective therapy, this study was to investigate the mechanism of long intergenic noncoding RNA 00936 (linc00936)/microRNA-425-3p (miR-425-3p)/monocyte chemotactic protein-induced protein 1 (ZC3H12A) axis mediating immune escape GC cells. Methods Peripheral blood samples, tissues and adjacent were collected. The levels CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ in peripheral detected. expression linc00936, miR-425-3p ZC3H12A cells correlation between linc00936 CD4+ patients analyzed. Cytokine-induced killer (CIK) induced, co-incubated with BGC-823 MKN-45 screened transfected linc00936- or miR-425-3p-related oligonucleotides figure out their roles escape, migration, apoptosis cytotoxicity CIK Results Elevated reduced found Linc00936 positively correlated CD3+ negatively GC. Up-regulating down-regulating inhibited promoted cells, as well induced cell Down-regulated elevated facilitated depressed Conclusion concludes that up-regulated silenced inhibits via elevation ZC3H12A.
