摘要: Abstract The oxidation of sintered aluminium nitride samples having porosity 12–16% has been studied at temperatures 900–1100°C and 98.66 kPa oxygen pressure. It established that the reaction AIN with obeys parabolic law. main products are α-Al2O3 nitrogen oxides traces. corresponding rate constants apparent activation energy (61 kcal/mol) were calculated from experimental data. demonstrated is resistant enough to high-temperature can be used as a refractory material up 1100°C.
