摘要: Postoperative residual curarization caused by prolonged effect of non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents is still a serious, frequent and life threatening problem in modern anesthesia. If postoperative block cannot be recovered properly, pulmonary complications mortality may increase. We used rocuronium as blocker our American Society Anesthesiologists II risked patient which was operated for spinal mass. Respiratory failure occurred despite the usage neostigmine recovering rocuronium. The tachycardic, tachypneic, tidal volume decreased muscle strength weak. After ineffectiveness blockage, 200mg sugammadex modified γcyclodextrin given to patient. observed that blockage rapidly effectively. In conclusion, we think using sugammedex effective safe traditional anticholinergic are not successful.
