摘要: A number of factors have contributed to the decline in revenues available pay for highway infrastructure and transportation projects. These include altering economic conditions, decreasing value fuel tax, a delay authorization federal bill. It makes sense, then, search other ways finance construction maintenance infrastructure. One method that has been used increasingly over years is public-private partnerships. This paper tries lay out facts regarding partnerships, dispel myths, explore impact expectations, clear up misinformation.
