摘要: Present study reports analgesic activity of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanolic extracts leaves seeds Trigonella foenum-graecum Linn. (Fabaceae) using hot plate method for evaluation central acetic acid induced writhing test peripheral in mice. All the showed significant at dose 50 mg/kg intraperitoneally. Amongst all extract highest increase reaction time more inhibitory effect on by acid. Pentazocin paracetamol was taken as standard drug model respectively.
