摘要: In this paper, a high-precision ultra-broadband quadrature signal generator for millimeter-wave frequency band is proposed. The structure of cascade directional couplers adopted, and the transmission line equivalent lumped model are used to connect couplers. proposed analyzed using S-parameter matrix, corresponding theoretical formulas provided. simulation prototype constructed 28 nm CMOS technology, so it can be integrated into small area chip. range 50-150 GHz, measured S11 S22 design both less than -10 dB, while gain mismatch 1 phase fewer five degrees. Compared traditional quarter wavelength coupler, guarantee output when load changes reducing mismatches. same range, image rejection ratio over 20 dB. whole size coupler (HPUBC) 260 um $\times 450$ um. designs verified by 3D electromagnetic simulation.
