摘要: The mechanisms for the association of old age with post-prandial hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis are not well understood. Post-prandial has emerged as a significant risk atherosclerosis. liver is central organ lipoprotein metabolism. initial step in hepatic uptake lipoproteins their transfer from sinusoidal capillary lumen across endothelium into space Disse. Here, they access hepatocytes receptor-mediated uptake. We proposed that fenestrations (pores) within filter on basis size. Recently we discovered age-related changes (pseudocapillarization), including reduction porosity endothelium. Using impulse response technique perfused rat livers, found aging associated impaired transendothelial chylomicrons diameters smaller than those fenestrations. In conclusion, pseudocapillarization provides novel mechanism metabolism
