摘要: Cytoplasmic calcium levels and the membrane fluidity of rabbit platelets stored in mini blood bags crystalline-amorphous microstructured polymers (polyether-polyamide multiblock-copolymers) were studied. Fluorescent dye (Fura 2 or 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene)-loaded platelet suspensions at 37 degrees C for 1 h bags, metabolic changes during storage evaluated by fluorescent spectroscopic technique. The surfaces poly(vinyl chloride) polyolefin elastomers, which are used commercially available enhanced progress metabolism; i.e., there was a dramatic decrease an increase [Ca2+]i. Furthermore, observed prior to These results suggest that contact with polymer can be dominant stage activation these platelets. In contrast, polyether-polyamide multiblock-copolymers exhibited few either [Ca2+]i levels. copolymer inert inactivated terms prevention fluidity.
