摘要: Surface composition and blood compatibility of a series segmented polymers based on poly(propylene oxide) (PPO) nylon 610 were investigated. Electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA) measurements revealed that the PPO-segmented surface is regulated by crystallization, PPO enrichment effect air-facing was correlated with both degree crystallinity crystallite thickness. Platelet adhesion minimized copolymer having long period approximately 12 nm thickness 6,5 nm. This had same as bulk, indicating particular microstructure composed crystalline amorphous phases could be determining factor suppressing platelet adhesion.
