摘要: A quantitative evaluation of platelet activation on polymer surfaces was demonstrated, i.e., direct measurement cytoplasmic free calcium concentration in platelets contact with polystyrene latex particles and our designed nonthrombogenic (polyether-segmented nylon 610) examined by monitoring a change the fluorescence intensity ratio intracellularly-trapped fluorescent indicator dye, Fura 2. An increase level interacting observed, this found to be strongly reduced both adsorption plasma protein surface modifying microstructure itself. This result indicates that can eliminated design composed crystalline amorphous phases, adjustment state layer constructed surface.
