摘要: The relationship between microstructure and platelet adhesivity of six types poly(propylene oxide) (PPO)-segmented polyamides based on the polyamide segments nylon 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710 were investigated. These multiblock PPO-segmented copolymers prepared by interfacial polycondensation. Physical characterization these was means thermal analysis, transmission electron microscope, wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), small-angle scattering (SAXS). WAXD SAXS measurements showed that had microstructures containing crystalline amorphous phases microstructures, represented crystallite thickness long period, varied with incorporation PPO segments. Blood compatibility evaluated estimating amount adhering platelets copolymer surfaces. minimum for surfaces having a 6.0-6.5 nm period 12-13 nm. This result suggests particular size distribution in could be determining factors suppressing adhesion surface, control lead to ideal antithrombogenic polymers.
