摘要: In this work, a new method is proposed for automatic extraction of the left ventricular diastolic transmitral vortex ring from 3D whole-heart three directional Phase Contrast MRI. The consists two parts, training and extraction. step, an average reference signature complex captured subjects using Laplace- Beltrami spectrum Lambda2 method. trained used to identify by performing iterative search object with minimum distance signature. validated on dataset 8 healthy volunteers 32 observed rings. was able successfully extract 27 rings total 32. Furthermore, conducted experiments showed capability in dealing shape changes that occur between phases early late filling.
