摘要: Background MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are widely studied non-coding RNAs that modulate gene expression. MiRNAs deregulated in different tumors including gastric cancer (GC) and have potential diagnostic prognostic implications. The aim of our study was to determine miRNA profile GC tissues, followed by evaluation miRNAs plasma patients. Using available databases bioinformatics methods we also aimed evaluate target genes confirmed differentially expressed validate these findings tissues. Methods The included 51 patients controls. Initially, screened expression 13 tissue samples 12 normal tissues with TaqMan low density array (TLDA). In the second stage, were validated a replication cohort using qRT-PCR samples. Subsequently, analyzed approach, determined their performed correlation analysis targeting miRNAs. Results Profiling TLDA revealed 15 compared mucosa. Replication miR-148a-3p, miR-204-5p, miR-223-3p miR-375 consistently tissues. Analysis patients’ showed significant down-regulation up-regulation healthy subjects. Further, bioinformatic tools identified targets replicated disease-associated enrichment analysis. Ultimately, evaluated BCL2 DNMT3B tissue, which correlated expression. Conclusions Our samples, but circulating relatively weak performance as sole biomarkers. Target demonstrated
