摘要: Some physical properties (such as lattice parameter, curie temperature, ac susceptibility) of Mg1-xZnxFe2O4 (where x = 0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6) ferrites have been studied. Magnesium Zinc Ferrites was synthesized by oxalate co-precipitation method at different synthesis temperature and characterized X-ray diffraction far IR absorption techniques, scanning Electron microscopy .The parameter were computed. The studies reveal the formations single phase cubic spinel structure.IR bands are observed around 600 cm-1 400 on tetrahedral octahedral sites respectively. Magnetization parameters such saturation magnetization, magnetic moment calculated results discussed with help existing theories. Saturation magnetization found to be in range 2 emu/gm 8.28 when samples below 100°C. variation A.C. susceptibility shows existence super paramagnetic nature. Curie determined from measurement verses temperature. SEM micrograph uniform distribution particles, average size estimated 0. 350 µm.
