摘要: Abstract Spinel ferrite samples of Mg0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4 were fabricated using the sol-gel technique. Thermal evaporation in vacuum technique was used to deposit an (850, 350) ± 30 nm thick layer this powder on glass substrates. The results XRD, SEM, and AFM showed that prepared thin films are polycrystalline nano-sized, with homogeneous particle size good distribution. porosity small, occurrence microstrain crystals observed because sintering temperature. Ferrite's thin-film thickness effect microwave properties studied Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) X-band frequency range 8–12.5 GHz. increased increasing film due spin-spin interaction process between incidence waves spin-wave. High stability reflection, absorption very high proportions for two thicknesses is obtained. resonance peaks spinel appeared at frequencies 8.2, 8.4, 8.6, 9.2, 9.8, 10.0, 10.2, 11.2, 11.4, 12.01, 12.2 GHz.
