摘要: The stress distribution in the hard coating and substrate under elastic sliding contact is analyzed with finite element method. elliptical of normal pressure supposed combinations thickness, friction coefficient modulus are changed wide range. position yield initiation found calculated result local map introduced relation to ratio strength thickness half-contact width. shows that at interface most general case range condition surface becomes next as large.
