摘要: New metal/polymer composite filaments for fused deposition modeling (FDM) processes were developed in order to observe the thermo-mechanical properties of new filaments. The acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) thermoplastic was mixed with copper and iron particles. percent loading metal powder varied confirm effects particles on filament, such as tensile strength thermal conductivity. printing parameters temperature fill density also see final product which made FDM process. As a result this study, it confirmed that composites is decreased by increasing Additionally, conductivity filament improved content. It believed could be used print large-scale 3-dimensional (3D) structures without any distortion expansion thermoplastics. material 3D printed circuits electromagnetic shielding other applications.
