摘要: Flavonoids are an important bioactive group in the commonly used herbal medicine Flos Lonicerae. A new method of capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) coupled with solid-phase extraction (SPE) was developed for simultaneous assay flavonoid aglycones and glycosides Optimum CZE separation achieved a background electrolyte (BGE) solution consisting 80 mM boric acid 20 phosphate acid, adjusted to pH 8.1, 15% acetonitrile (v/v) added, applying voltage 28 kV.
