Qualitative and quantitative analysis of active flavonoids in Flos Lonicerae by capillary zone electrophoresis coupled with solid‐phase extraction

摘要: Flavonoids are an important bioactive group in the commonly used herbal medicine Flos Lonicerae. A new method of capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) coupled with solid-phase extraction (SPE) was developed for simultaneous assay flavonoid aglycones and glycosides Optimum CZE separation achieved a background electrolyte (BGE) solution consisting 80 mM boric acid 20 phosphate acid, adjusted to pH 8.1, 15% acetonitrile (v/v) added, applying voltage 28 kV. The SPE pretreating complex matrix botanical materials good reproducibility obtained when avicularin as internal standard. Linearity excellent correlation coefficients (r2) range 0.9995-0.9999 detection limits were lower than 0.6 microg/mL four flavonoids. recoveries varied between 93 104% while relative standard deviations (RSDs) below 4.4% (n=3). successfully eight flavonoids quantification five species
