摘要: Construction industry has been criticized as the producing high pollution. Especially, a newly built house is often torn down and renovated walls in interior space at life cycle stage of housing project when buyers are using maintaining, due to distinct customer demand preference. Accordingly, Delphi method, Analytical hierarchy process, Utility theory applied this study establish an AHP expected utility based evaluation model management performance on decoration, aiming provide reduce review energy consumption protection.
