摘要: Abstract Taiwan is a nation densely concentrated with industrial properties, causing high level of greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, poor air quality and environmental pollution in are severe societal problems. Although has formulated protection-related penalties, the excessive use energy remain persisting problem Taiwan. Because communities collective groups beneficial for promotion local policies, several subsidy policies improvement currently promoted through community development These consider factors such as Taiwan’s long-day geographical environment increase idle agricultural land after process economic transition. To explore effectiveness promoting these this study applied Delphi method fuzzy logic theory to establish quantified assessment model. In addition, we determined that encourage participation its residents proenvironment, solar power, plain afforestation enhanced overall protection reduced emission CO2. Furthermore, core problems hinder current were identified.
