摘要: Abstract A redundancy allocation problem consists of the selection a number redundancies to be allocated in each subsystem series–parallel configuration maximize system reliability, while minimizing overall cost. Most existing studies either ignore cost or assume deterministic component reliabilities. However, network design requires estimation its reliability and Therefore, uncertainty associated with such estimates must considered decision process. In this study, an efficient method based on loss function approach is proposed solve problem. This not only optimizes simultaneously, but also considers their variance–covariance structure. Experimental results obtained using standard example show effectiveness superior performance when compared approaches.
