A flow injection biamperometric method for determination of total antioxidant capacity of alcoholic beverages using bienzymatically produced ABTS

摘要: Abstract Development of flow injection analysis (FIA) is reported for determination total antioxidant capacity alcoholic beverages (wines and spirits) by bienzymatically produced ABTS + electrochemical detector using interdigitated gold electrode (IDE). The method based on biamperometric measurements ∣ABTS redox couple. During the analysis, radical cation was glucose-oxidase peroxidase separately immobilized in tubular flow-through reactors. Influence pH substrate concentration enzyme activity were tested order to obtain most sensitive mode. effect rate operation bioreactors also studied. results expressed as Trolox Equivalent. linearity IDE range between 20 μM 2000 μM good sensitivity 0.165 nA/μM solutions obtained. Good comparison ( R 2  = 0.9942) established samples proposed FIA reference spectrometric measurements.
