Enhanced Flicker Mitigation in DFIG-Based Distributed Generation of Wind Power

摘要: Upon the connection of wind generators to distribution grids, significant flicker emission can appear, due low $X/R$ ratios and short-circuit levels at points connection. This paper proposes a reactive-power-based control scheme that aims for accurate cancellation voltage resulting from grid DFIG-based power. The operation is based on constructing two-bus equivalent network detailed power system, via local measurements active reactive flows DFIG terminals. flow terminals adjusted accordingly cancel flicker, constructed equations. proposed avoids use approximations point, hence free inaccuracies implicated in conventional mitigation approaches (based factor control). shown, by comparative results, provide superior performance those approaches, as well capability independent point parameters.
