摘要: Abstract Sea-water samples collected by a variety of clean sampling techniques yielded consistent results for copper, cadmium, zinc, and nickel, which implies that representative, uncontaminated were obtained. A dithiocarbamate extraction method coupled with atomic absorption spectrometry electrothermal atomization is described essentially 100% quantitative each the four metals studied, has lower blanks detection limits, yields better precision than previously published techniques. more precise accurate determination these in sea water at their natural ng l -1 concentration levels therefore possible. Samples analyzed this procedure on Chelex-100 showed similar cadmium zinc. Both copper nickel appeared to be inefficiently removed from Chelex-100. Comparison organic other pertinent investigations excellent agreement.
