Relationship between Adding Value, Trust and Job Satisfaction Based on Teachers’ Perceptions

摘要: Abstract The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between adding value; trust and teacher satisfaction among primaryand secondary school teachers in Malaysia.In research,375 were selected based on convenience random sampling from who educational field. This quantitative research data collected questionnaire analyzed using descriptive, correlation regression analysis. Based Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient results show that high significant exists job satisfaction. However, low negative was found exist value teacher’s Regarding multiple regression, there are contribution just not increase teacherjob Key words: Adding –Job Satisfaction -Trust -Primary school- Teachers-Malaysia.
