摘要: The organization of intracellular compartments and the transfer components between them are central to correct functioning mammalian cells. Proteins lipids transferred by formation, movement subsequent specific fusion transport intermediates. These vesicles membrane clusters must be coupled cytoskeleton motor proteins that drive motility. Anterograde ER (endoplasmic reticulum)-to-Golgi transport, converse step retrograde traffic from Golgi ER, now known involve coupling membranes microtubule cytoskeleton. Here we shall discuss our current understanding mechanisms link in early secretory pathway Recent data have also provided molecular detail functional co-ordination specify directionality, as well for regulating activity protein phosphorylation.
