摘要: Abstract Colibacillosis represents a major cause of diarrhea in young rabbits. In order to elucidate protective effect milk, vitro and vivo experiments were carried out. the experiment, rabbit milk treated with lipase significantly decreased number viable cells cultures Escherichia coli, O128 serotype, from 10.3 6.2–7.3 log 10 /(cfu ml). The was same heat-treated (100 °C/10 min) raw milk. Raw without E. coli only marginally. weaned rabbits received feed contaminated bacterium. course infection moderate, 2 out 36 infected died. Seven days after inoculation, caprylic acid at 5 g/kg triacylglycerols capric 10 g/kg faecal output 10.2 log /(cfu g) 5.8 6.1 log /(cfu g), respectively. faeces non-infected averaged 4.0 log /(cfu g). growth slow for weeks infection. third week compensatory apparent. At end average body weights receiving those not different. It can be concluded that ( i ) lipids rather than proteins seem responsible antimicrobial activity milk; ii this lipase-dependent. Caprylic or oils high concentration it may used as supplements weanlings.
