摘要: Angiotensinogen (AGT) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) are expressed in both vascular adipose tissues. Angiotensin II (AG II) has an adipogenic effect increases PAI-1 expression. To evaluate the chronic effects of AG type 1 receptor (AT1R) antagonism on mass expression tissues, losartan (30 mg/kg/day) was administered to Otsuka Long-Evans Tokushima Fatty (OLETF) rats, a model 2 diabetes, for 20 weeks. Adipose regional fat distribution abdomen did not change after AT1R OLETF rats. AGT mRNA expressions tissue rats were significantly increased compared with (LETO) normal control. Chronic therapy further level but affect mRNA. In contrast, aortic attenuated by therapy. Our results have two implications. First, may be important source metabolic syndrome even Second, causes differential
