摘要: Pressurized capillary electrochromatography (pCEC) is an analytical technique that has attracted increased interests in recent years. In pCEC, both pressure and electric field are applied to a column achieve separation of analytes. It combines various aspects (CEC) liquid chromatography (LC). this review, developments, theoretical experimental, were presented. The practical application pCEC also summarized. 2001 2002, clinical trial kanglaite injection been started USA, Russia, respectively.
