摘要: The chapter begins by suggesting that sustainable management has rarely been achieved in forests the developing world not because technologies for forest are viable, nor resource managers do recognize or understand concept of sustainability. Rather, failure can be attributed to fact much what happens is determined decisions made far from sector, and many actors sector (or nearby) operating under perverse incentives.
