摘要: While a growing body of evidence implicates regulatory miRNA modules in various aspects human disease and development, insights into specific function remain limited. Here, we present an innovative approach to elucidate tissue-specific functions that goes beyond target prediction expression correlation. This is based on multi-level integration corresponding mRNA gene levels, prediction, transcription factor mechanistic models network regulation. Predicted were either validated experimentally or compared published data. The predicted are accessible the bodymap, interactive online compendium mining tool high-dimensional newly generated profiles. bodymap enables prioritization candidate miRNAs their pattern functional annotation across tissue subgroup. project provides users with single one-stop data-mining solution has great potential become community resource.
