摘要: Abstract It is important to develop DNA markers closely linked the first flower node for molecular marker-assisted selection in kenaf breeding. Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) an annual, multipurpose industrial crop with a worldwide distribution. The higher of flower, greater fiber yield. In this study, population 130 F2 individuals was constructed through cross K215(♀)×K89(♂). Twenty-five and twenty-five lower were chosen their pooled construct two bulked pools according phenotype. Specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing (SLAF-seq) combined segregant analysis (BSA) used identify candidate node. Sixteen single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) loci obtained from 11 related SLAF associated SNP locus validation performed using Sanger method. S961-2 by primer M41961 consistent SLAF-seq. accuracy rate genotypes 91.2% (31/34). To our knowledge, be identified that This may useful breeding high yielding varieties kenaf.
