摘要: Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infects hepatocytes and leads to permanent, severe liver damage. Since the genomic sequence of HCV was determined, progress has been made towards understanding functions HCV-encoded proteins identifying cellular receptor(s) responsible for adsorption penetration particle into target cells. Several receptors have proposed, all which are associated with lipid lipoprotein metabolism. This article reviews suggests a general model entry cells, in lipoproteins play crucial role.
