摘要: Heat shock proteins interact with antigen-presenting cells through their receptor, CD91, eliciting a cascade of events including maturation, activation and representation chaperoned foreign peptides class I molecules on surface. In turn, this facilitates recognition non-self leading to induction cytotoxic T cell response. The abundance heat in tumours presence virion coats makes them attractive propositions for use antitumour antiviral strategies.
