摘要: In this article, Incoloy800 and SS304 (304 stainless steel) were cladded by explosive welding. Accordingly, micro-hardness, tensile strength, shearing bending properties, SEM microstructure of cladding plate examined in detail. The bonding interface the showed a wavy morphology. Whereas, different colorful area was observed at wave ridge base layer either optical or pictures. Magnetic inspection that austenitic steel. Thus, occurrence areas seemed to be result from high deformation/cold working grains. EDX spectrum analysis line scanning indicated diffusion through not under detection limitation. Micro-hardness, tensile, shearing, testing results strength acceptable according ASTM specification.
