摘要: Members of the Diatrypaceae are predominantly saprotrophic on decaying wood angiosperms worldwide and family has received little attention due to its difficult taxonomy. However, recent detection several pathogenic species, once considered saprotrophic, associated with diseased grapevines increased interest in this family. The diversity tropical species is less well known more poorly sampled phylogenetic studies than temperate species. In present study, we investigated diatrypaceous fungi from three areas Brazilian semi-arid region performed analyses based entire internal transcribed spacer (ITS) partial s-tubulin gene. Twenty-eight new ITS 19 sequences were generated, representing eight distributed five clades. Diatrypella atlantica, Eutypa guttulata, Eutypella cearensis, Peroneutypa diminutispora proposed here as while microtheca P. curvispora records for Brazil. All described, illustrated, discussed.
