摘要: The proliferation of wireless mobile networks has led to increase demand for providing bandwidth guarantees users that are comparable those received by in the fixed networks. "The constant growth poses challenges on how fairly and optimally distribute limited among connections different classes. purpose this study is develop a Genetic Algorithm (GA) provides dynamic allocation scheme order maximize Quality Service (QoS)". In we will propose Heuristic algorithm cellular IP network, so it can maintain transmission signals field coverage. One critical issues today's world ensure QoS requirement at an acceptable level GA serve as one heuristic optimization tools be able find solution problem effectively. proposed research tries any free available within same cell or nearby cell. If fails do so, then search reserve non-real time completing call.
