摘要: An anti-fibronectin receptor monoclonal antibody preferentially labels the leading edges of freshly plated CHO fibroblasts, suggesting that this circulates through endocytic cycle. Using a new labelling reagent, I show is indeed endocytosed at 37 degrees C and then returned to cell surface. These findings imply fibronectin receptors are recirculated edge motile by cycle, establish processes endocytosis/exocytosis locomotion intimately linked.
