摘要: We study a cavity-photon-switched coherent electron transport in symmetric double quantum waveguide. The waveguide system is weakly connected to two reservoirs, but strongly coupled single quantized photon cavity mode. A coupling window placed between the waveguides allow interference or inter-waveguide transport. transient investigated using master equation. present cavity-photon tunable semiconductor implementation of an inverter gate, which output may be selected via selection appropriate number “photon frequency” cavity. In addition, importance polarization cavity, that is, either parallel perpendicular direction propagation demonstrated.
