摘要: Abstract Electron switching in waveguides coupled to a photon cavity is found be strongly influenced by the energy and polarization. Therefore, charge dynamics system investigated two different regimes, for off-resonant resonant fields. In field, smaller than spacing between first lowest subbands of waveguide system, splits implementing NOT -quantum logic gate action. totally switched from one other due appearance replica states subband second region instigating quantum-NOT transition. addition, importance polarization control motion demonstrated. The idea electronic circuits may serve built quantum bits.
