摘要: Abstract Amiodarone is an effective agent for all types of supraventricular tachyarrhythmias regardless mechanism and may, in fact, control a high percentage refractory to conventional antiarrhythmic agents. However, its toxicity should temper enthusiasm the use medication non-life-threatening arrhythmias. As always, when recommending specific therapies potential benefit be weighed light related risk. In patients with life disordering, drug-refractory atrial fibrillation, it seems reasonable attempt amiodarone. Likewise ectopic tachycardias agents, this as well. Other better are available life-threatening arrhythmias associated Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. 81,82 While amiodarone moderately these patients, advent improved surgical techniques relatively low risk operation make surgery treatment choice.
