摘要: Most information overload research has been done in cognitive load contexts and predominantly focused on normative decision-making process. This study suggests the need to divide into two dimensions: that is found prior research, emotional as a new dimension. The dimension can affect results from prevalence of Internet. present aims find factor or its impact will be examined.
