摘要: Introduction : Le bavage est secondaire a une alteration de la musculature oro-faciale responsable d’une accumulation excessive salive au niveau du plancher anterieur qui entraine sa fuite hors bouche. Il n’est pas generalement accompagne hypersalivation. Materiel et methodes Sept patients porteurs d’un handicap psychomoteur presentant un chronique severe, dont les therapeutiques medicales ont abouti l’echec, etaient candidats derivation bilaterale des canaux Wharton. Ce procede etait efficace sans aucune morbidite. Discussion La prise en charge multidisciplinaire. chirurgie indiquee apres echec traitement medical. Nous decrivons technique Wharton nous faisons l’etat l’art actuel sur differents moyens chirurgicaux precisant leurs avantages inconvenients.
