摘要: Three combinations of surgical correction for drool have been evaluated and compared in patients with cerebral palsy. All groups underwent submaxillary gland resection. Sixteen parotid duct transfer or repositioning (Wilkie-Brody), 3 ligation, 22 were treated a combination right ligation left repositioning. Follow-up demonstrates that there is no visual palpable difference between relocation the preferable to either bilateral alone.
