摘要: Sialorrhoea is an indication of dysfunction in the coordination swallowing mechanism. Disturbance this results excess pooling saliva anterior mouth and resultant drooling. Several surgical techniques have been described for management sialorrhoea. In experimental study, we planned to try a more safe physiologic technique by repositioning parotid duct orifices into glossopalatal arch, using autologous free grafts vein artery dogs. Ten adult dogs were used. each dog, both included study. The procedure involved dissection their relocation via submucosal tunnel graft right side left side. Functional assessment was based on clinical observations retrograde sialography done 60th day. Results excellent. No stricture or obstruction noted. Histological examinations 90th day showed replacement endothelium multilayered cubic Stensen's epithelium grafts. There no difference between Surgical transposition arch with which may be used cases drooling as alternative other described.
