摘要: Duct scar in the form of stenoses or stricture is second leading cause obstructive sialadenitis after stone. Over past decade, there has been a growing experience demonstrating effectiveness endoscopic techniques minimally invasive management salivary duct stenosis. Less information, however, available with regard to open approaches for recurrent complex ductal stenoses. This article reports on case gland preservation using an technique that originally was applied cases traumatic Stensen's injury.
