摘要: A novel transparent conducting oxide based on the ATO/graphene multi-layered thin films has been developed to satisfy application of conductive electrode in solar cells. The ATO are prepared by pulsed laser deposition method with high quality, namely sheet resistance 49.5 Ω/sq and average transmittance 81.9 %. graphene is well reduced shows atomically thin, spotty distributed appearance top films. XRD optical micrographs used confirm successfully preparation Hall measurements UV-Vis spectrophotometer conducted evaluate innovative structure. It found that can improve electrical properties little influence transmittance.
